Privacy Policy

How Vantera handles enquiries, communications and information across its business channels.

Last updated:

Who we are

Vantera Software provides B2B iGaming technology, including Vantera Platform and Vantera API Aggregator. This policy explains how information relating to enquiries and business communications is handled. For privacy questions, use the contact channels in section 14.

Scope

This policy covers information Vantera receives through its website, enquiry forms and Vantera Pinger, and through business communications outside vantera.software. These may include email, WhatsApp, Telegram and other channels you choose to use, Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram, Meta Lead Forms / Lead Ads, and other advertising or social media platforms Vantera uses. It also covers relevant information received through business partners or referrals, where applicable.

Information we collect

Depending on your enquiry and the channel, we may receive your name, company or brand, country or target GEO, contact details, preferred communication channel, product interest, convenient contact time or timezone, and project or business enquiry information. Agent enquiries may also include your selected project, experience, business revenue and intended operating balance. Communications can include the messages and business context you choose to share with the team or Pinger. Marketing attribution may include UTM parameters. Hosting, communications and analytics services may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information and website interactions where needed for operation, security or consented analytics. Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential information that is unnecessary for an initial B2B enquiry.

How we use information

We use information to review and qualify B2B enquiries, respond to questions, arrange demos or calls, provide product and service information, route requests to the appropriate specialist and maintain business communications. Where applicable, it also supports website and service performance, measurement of marketing effectiveness, prevention of abuse and security issues, and applicable legal obligations. Pinger may use an AI assistant for initial qualification; pricing, contractual terms and other commercial commitments require confirmation by the Vantera team. A response to your enquiry is distinct from optional marketing communications.

Sources of information

Information may come directly from you, website forms, Vantera Pinger, Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead forms or advertisements, other advertising and social media platforms, email, messengers, and business or referral channels. When you submit a platform lead form, the platform may provide Vantera with the details you selected and relevant campaign context. A partner or referrer may share relevant business contact or enquiry details, where applicable.

Service providers and third parties

Relevant information may be processed by providers supporting CRM, hosting, analytics, messaging, communications including AI-assisted qualification, and advertising or social media services. The website enquiry form uses Bitrix24. When configured and permitted by your analytics choice, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager may support measurement. Meta and other platforms may provide lead collection or campaign services when used. Information shared with a provider depends on the service and the purpose; this policy does not describe every provider as active for every enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses browser storage for preferences such as language and analytics choice. The implemented consent mechanism does not load configured Google analytics or send analytics data before you accept analytics. You can choose essential-only use and, when analytics is configured, reopen Analytics settings to change your choice. Other technical storage may support the operation of communications services such as Pinger. Its conversation-saving choice is separate from the website analytics choice and the lead-form consent. You may also manage cookies and storage in your browser; restrictions can affect some features.

Data retention

Information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and applicable requirements. The appropriate period may depend on the enquiry, ongoing business communication and operational or legal needs. You can request deletion or ask about retention through the contact channels below; a request may need verification and consideration of applicable requirements.

International processing

Vantera’s service providers and communication platforms may operate in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your location, depending on the services used. Relevant arrangements and applicable requirements need to be considered for the processing concerned; this policy does not assert a particular transfer mechanism or country of storage.

Your choices and rights

Providing enquiry information is voluntary, although missing contact or business details may limit our ability to respond. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request information about processing, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, or other available measures. You may ask the team to stop optional marketing communications or change your preferred contact channel. Use section 14 or the business channel through which the team responds. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify a request before changing or disclosing data.

Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information and limit access to relevant business purposes. No website, communication channel or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Share only what is needed for your enquiry, and avoid sending passwords, access credentials or unnecessary confidential material through forms or chat.

Third-party platforms

If you interact with Vantera through Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram or another external platform, that platform also processes information under its own privacy policy and settings. This policy describes Vantera’s handling of information it receives; it does not replace the platform’s policy or control its independent processing. Review the platform’s notice and the information shared when submitting a lead form or message.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our channels, services or handling of information. The current version is available on this page with its last-updated date. This version was updated on 6 October 2026.

Contact

For privacy questions, requests about your information or marketing preferences, use the website contact form or Vantera’s published Telegram channel. If the team has already responded, you can also use that same business contact channel. Please identify the enquiry and your request without sending unnecessary personal or confidential information.
